All City Cars LLC ("All City Cars", "we", "us") is a used car dealership at 11640 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604. This policy explains what information we collect through allcitycars.com, our phone line and our text messages, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, mobile number and the details you enter in our application or tell us on a call, including whether you agree to receive text messages.
- Your credit application: if you fill in our online credit application, it is hosted by DealerCenter, our dealer software provider. It asks for details such as your address, date of birth, Social Security number, employment and income, so that we can look for financing for you.
- Calls and texts: when you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the content and time of the call or message.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms: if you send us your details through a form in one of our ads, we receive the details you entered.
- Website use: our site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which uses cookies to tell us how people found our site and whether our ads work.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and help you buy or finance a vehicle.
- To call you about your enquiry, from our staff or our automated phone assistant, where you have agreed to that.
- To send you text messages you agreed to receive (see "Text messages" below).
- To submit your credit application to lenders, only when you ask us to look for financing.
- To keep records the law requires and to improve our service.
Who we share it with
- Lenders, when you apply for financing through us.
- Service providers that run our systems for us, such as our dealer software, website hosting, phone and text message providers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from All City Cars, we will text you about your vehicle enquiry and financing application: for example the link to finish your application, appointment confirmations and reminders, and documents to bring. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver our messages, such as our text message provider. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Your choices

- Tell us on a call, or contact us below, if you don't want calls.
- Contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to ask us to delete it.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
